The 2006 TOUR Wives Golf Classic was held on Tuesday,
January 31st at the beautiful Desert Course at the TPC of
Scottsdale during the FBR Open. This fun-filled 9-hole scramble
featured PTWA members hitting the links while their professional
golfer partners caddied for them. Special rules applied so
that even non-golfers were comfortable on the course.
Tournament
Director Cathi Triplett, and her able-bodied assistant Kirk,
did a tremendous job this year. At the end of the day, $93,000
was raised for our charities. Thanks to our many sponsors

Ryder Cup - Louisville, KY
PGA TOUR Wives Association is participating in a fundraising event during the Ryder Cup during an exclusive Friday evening party at the historic Churchill Downs. The evening begins with a walk through the paddock, followed by great food, entertainment and the spectacular auction. “Kentucky Derby” themed, the evening will feature Kentucky-themed food, a parade of Thoroughbreds through the paddock and exciting guests. PTWA is contributing items for the auction and it will be a fabulous evening for any members wishing to attend.
