At the Knoxville Open on Tuesday, June 14th the Nationwide PGA TOUR Wives got the opportunity to meet David Liberman, from the Food Network, and visit the Boys and Girls Club of Tennessee Valley. David was kind enough to fly in from Spain the night before just to spend a few hours with the 10 eager boys and girls from Knoxville and the wives from the tournament. Everyone participated in making fresh Basil Pesto, dinner salads with homemade ranch dressing vanilla pudding in a graham cracker crust topped with fresh berries for dessert. The wives aided in slicing and dicing as well as setting the tables, while the boys and girls from the club prepared our dishes with David's guidance. All in all, it was a great visit with lots of fun and full tummies for everyone involved.
