2008 Charities Program
Guidelines and Procedures
The PGA TOUR Wives Association donates to charities that support our mission to help children and their families. Entities wishing to be considered for a distribution must complete the Application and return it along with all of the requested documentation. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All Applications must be received no later than November 3, 2008.
Eligibility
- You must hold a current tax exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- PTWA will not fund organizations that, in their bylaws or policies, practice discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, ancenstry, physical or mental gender identity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
- See Application for those organizations that are excluded from consideration.
- You must complete the Application and submit it, with all required documentation, by the deadline date. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

An afternoon filled with giggles and grins at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Players and spouses join the small patients for an afternoon filled with great food, activities and a fun round of putt putt. Target House Barbeque

Stanford St. Jude - Memphis, TN
PGA TOUR Wives Association hosts a barbeque for the children and families of patients at St. Jude Children's Hospital staying at Target House.
